Thula B. Wilson, a community member, refuge, mid-wife, and well loved by the Wellington community was the great-great-grandmother to Dinkens. Unfortunately, Thula B. passed in 1991, unknown to Dinkens.
In April 2022, Dinkens decided it was time to honor her beloved great-great-grandmother by answering a community need through affordable housing as she had once experienced a need during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
