Marilyn StanleyCSBG & Single-Family Programs ManagerKansas Housing Resources Corporation Marilyn Stanley joined KHRC in March 2021 as the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Program Manager and was promoted in November 2021 to direct the Kansas Homeowner Assistance Fund (KHAF), a federally funded COVID relief initiative to support Kansas homeowners at risk of foreclosure, in July 2022 she implemented the new Home Loan Guarantee (HLG) for Rural Kansas program that opened January 2023. She returned to the CSBG Program along with the HLG program and First-Time Home Buyer program as the CSBG and Single-Family Program Manager. Before her time at KHRC, she served for nearly 22 years at Housing and Credit Counseling, Inc., progressing through the ranks as a Certified Housing and Consumer Credit Counselor, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Director. She earned HUD-certified housing counselor and served as a Peer Reviewer for the Council on Accreditation (COA).
